1. Frequent Urination

Urination is a common process that every human body goes through and it is a way our body get rid of waste fluid. Most people urinate for around six to seven times in 24 hours but sometimes people urinate more frequently which highly exceeds approximate times.  It is recommended that one should not ignore frequent urination as it can be due to drinking too much fluid or it can be a symptom of health problems. Some of the health problems whose symptoms include frequent urination are urinary tract infection, diabetes and prostate problem in men.

2. Constipation

Constipation refers to the bowel movement which is infrequent or tough to pass. It’s a gastrointestinal problem and is one of the most common problems among people. Although it is a common problem and one feels much better when the body is back on track but it should not be ignored as it can be a symptom of some problem such as colon cancer or it can have a major side effect if the problem persists. Constipation is a symptom and not a disease, therefore if this problem persists then it is important to consult a doctor to understand the reason behind it.

3. Shortness of breath on exertion

Shortness of breath on exertion refers to the condition when one feels difficulty in breathing while engaging in any simple activity. Such conditions should never be ignored as heart and lungs helps in transporting oxygen and problem with these could be the reason behind breathing problem. Normally our breathing process is slow and unnoticeable and when one started breathing faster even after small activity it becomes a condition of shortness of breath. Some common health problem that can cause shortness of breath are asthma, low blood pressure, heart attack etc..

4. Sudden severe headache

Headaches are another common medical complaints and can be due to stress but again it can be a sign of other serious health issues. If it becomes severe and starts to interfere with your daily activities then it is the sign of serious headaches.  Headaches are pain or discomfort in your head or neck and it can also be due to problems like a brain tumour, stroke etc.. One should immediately contact his/her doctor if they feel it to be very often or a severe one.

5. Unexplained weight gain or weight loss

We all want to stay fit and healthy. It is true that weight gain and weight loss are mostly the results of our regular activity. But it is not necessary, weight gain not always a problem of an inactivity. An unexpected weight gain might be a sign of serious health issue and same is for unexplained weight loss. There are many health problems that could be the cause of sudden weight gain or weight loss such as thyroid, bacterial overgrowth etc.. 6. Abdominal pain

Abdominal pain refers to pain or discomfort below the ribs and above the pelvis. People often think that it is just a stomach pain but it can be a pain due to the problem of appendicitis or any other serious problem. It should not be ignored as it has side effects if it persists for long.
