Whereas, low-density lipoprotein is also known as bad cholesterol and a high level of low-density lipoprotein increases the risk of heart disease. Regular physical activity decreases the risk of having high cholesterol level as it reduces the level of low-density lipoprotein in the blood and increases the risk of high-density lipoprotein in the blood.

2. High Blood Pressure - There is evidence that suggests that high blood pressure can be prevented with regular physical activity. Obesity is defined as a condition in which an individual has fat accumulation in the body and it is believed to result from an increased calorie intake and decreased energy expenditure. 4. Diabetes mellitus - It is a metabolic disease which very common and a large number of people are living with this disease. Diabetes mellitus is characterized by high glucose level in the blood. Uncontrolled diabetes is associated with various complications and heart disease is one of them. Also, exercise play a vital role in the management of diabetes mellitus. Regular physical activity helps to regulate the sugar level in the blood and prevents the development of any complication that is associated with it.
