Pulmicort 100mg inhaler is an inhaled steroid used to prevent airway inflammation and relieve the severity and frequency of Asthma attacks and their symptoms such as wheezing and shortness of breath. It can be used as a "preventer" for Asthma patients.

  • Hold the Inhaler upright. Please don't hold it by the mouthpiece to prevent dirt from getting on it
  • Turn the brown grip of the Inhaler clockwise or counterclockwise to load the dose
  • Now, turn the grip in the opposite direction
  • Wait until you hear a 'click' sound. This indicates that the dose has been loaded and is ready for the user
  • Avoid shaking, dropping, or breathing out into the Inhaler
  • Breath out with your mouth, keeping away the mouthpiece
  • Put the Inhaler between your teeth and seal your lips around the Inhaler's mouthpiece
  • Inhale the medication as deeply and intensely as possible
  • After that, hold your breath for 10 seconds
  • Repeat the process as many times as prescribed by the doctor
  • After the process, rinse your mouth with water and spit it out
