Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on location, product type, order quantity, and product weight. 

Delivery Timeframes

• United States: 2–3 weeks
• Other countries: 3–4 weeks (may vary depending on location and shipping conditions)
  

We try our best to deliver your orders on time, globally, but actual shipping times may vary depending on customs processing, local handling, carrier availability, public holidays, natural calamities or unforeseen delays beyond our control. Cheap Medicine Shop is not liable for such delays, and customers should anticipate potential delays in delivery. 

Order Dispatch

All orders are processed for dispatch only after proper verification of your details. Once your order is verified, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched within 48 hours of invoice generation. You will receive your invoice within 12 hours of payment and tracking number within 48 hours of dispatch in your email inbox.

Tracking Your Shipment

After dispatch, you can track your order using the tracking number provided to you via email. Please note that the tracking number might take up to 48 hours to be active and show you the delivery progress of your order.
If tracking information is missing or unclear, contact us via Call/Text or Email, and we will assist you.

Customs, Duties & Import Restrictions

While most shipments pass smoothly, local customs may cause delays beyond our control.
In such cases, we cannot take responsibility for clearance issues, delays, confiscation, or any charges imposed locally. We also cannot reship or issue refunds if such situations occur.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Contact our support team immediately if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if your order is lost. We will promptly investigate and provide a suitable resolution, including reshipment if necessary.

Every order is shipped in discreet packaging. There are no labels or markings that reveal the contents, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality at all times.
