Cyclomune is used for dry eye conditions. It has proven effects to cure chronic dry eye conditions.
As an eye drop, Cyclomune works as a partial modulator of the immune system. Tear production in the eyes gets lowered due to the accumulation of dead lymphocytes cells in tear glands. Cyclomune eye drops works by reversing the cycle and hence helps in increasing the tear production from tear glands.
Take the medicine as directed by your physician. It should be taken twice in a day with a gap of 12 hours in between in both eyes. Efforts shall be made to take the drug drops the same time every day.

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not instill a double dose to make up for a missed one.
More than 800 drug interactions have been reported with use of Cyclosporine. It interacts with atorvastatin, aspirin, Calcium 600 D, docusate, amlodipine, pregabalin, Zyrtec etc.
