How Will I Find My Order Number?

As we receive international orders as well, our system generates a unique order ID for every order placed by our customers. This order ID is directly sent to the email address provided by the customers at the time of ordering.

How To Cancel Order?

Apart from the order-related query, we have received questions regarding ‘how to cancel order’ from our customer’s end. For their convenience, here are the possible ways through which you can cancel your order.

 

You can send your order details along with the cancellation query to our team at 

 

REMARK:  A minimal cancellation fee will be charged as per the quantity of your order during cancelation. 

 

The cancelation of the order will only be accepted only if the product has not been shipped. We won’t be able to proceed with the cancellation if the product is ready to be shipped.

 

We try to refund the amount within 7 working days if there is no delay in the processing timing. In worse circumstances, the refund may take 15-30 days after the date of cancelation.

 

How Can I Place An Order?

  • In this step, you will be asked to fill in the details of your doctor(Physician) along with your general medical details, such as drug allergies, current treatment, current medications.
  • Followed by the option to upload your prescription.

 

STEP-4: REVIEW & PAYMENT 

  • This is the final step where you will have to fill in details regarding payment.
  • Additionally, all the details provided by our customers, including the credit card details, are encrypted for safety purposes.
