Loteprednol as an ophthalmic corticosteroid has been hypothesized that it induces certain proteins (phospholipase A2 inhibitory proteins) which inhibit the production of compounds like prostaglandin and leukotrienes which promote inflammation. As a result, Loteprednol & Moxifloxacin reduces the redness, swelling, and itching at the site of application. Moxifloxacin is an antibiotic which prevents bacterial cells from reproducing and repairing, thereby killing the bacteria.

How To Take The Mfc K Eye Drop (Ketorolac + Moxifloxacin):
